Round Up in December for a Holiday Community Meal at Seal Hi-Rise
Seal Hi-Rise is the 14-story, Saint Paul Public Housing Agency development tower located approximately three blocks from the co-op at the corner of Raymond and Territorial. The 1970s building is the tallest in the St. Anthony Park district, providing 144 affordable apartments to low income residents especially seniors, people with disabilities, and immigrants – all adding a diversity that we welcome in our neighborhood.
On Sunday, December 10th, Hampden Park Co-op donated a full meal to serve 50 residents and community members – a bountiful, communal dinner at the Seal Hi-Rise – in partnership with the St. Anthony Park Community Council (SAPCC) and Lydia Place. It was an engaging, celebratory experience to bring people together over healthy food!
