to let us help you take something off of your Thanksgiving To-Do List! We'll be baking classic pumpkin pies, reserving them for folks who sign up in advance. Four words: Hand. Rolled. Butter. Crust. Once they're gone they're gone, and at $8.99 each for a homemade pie – that won’t take long!

By Sunday 11/19, sign up to pre-order a MN-grown, free-range, fresh whole bird…

raised in the cool clean north. Sizes range from 8 to 22 lbs. (Sign-up sheets are just inside the store past the foyer, on the side of the water dispenser.) Plus we also have local, free-range, frozen whole turkeys & turkey breasts – available while they last.

Taking Stock Broth

Stop by Thursday 11/9 @ 11:00–1:30 to sample Taking Stock's amazing broths – keeping the ingredients simple & clean for both healthy drinking AND flavorful cooking. As local as you can get, their kitchen is just a few miles from HPC – plus the broth is sale priced during November!

Sale watermelons are gone but the story is still worth telling…

In partnership with the P6 Cooperative and other local retail co-ops, we brought in a bountiful crop of delicious watermelon, fresh from the fields of the south. With every purchase we wove the human fabric more closely – local neighbors connecting to the Federation of Southern Cooperatives, which helps support the economic development of African American farmers and the rural poor.
