We have some excellent volunteer opportunities coming up in the next few months. For the Mayfest Plant Sale (May 11–13), we will need experienced gardeners and friendly hospitality and kitchen help. On May 19, we'll have a work day to clean up inside and outside, and plant our garden areas. For the June 2 St. Anthony Park Arts Festival, we'll need volunteers to staff our booth.
All of these volunteer opportunities will be posted on the calendar bulletin board in the entryway.
Our cashiers have been receiving email updates for over a year. Soon, all volunteers will receive information and updates via email. You should receive your first email in mid-April. If you don't hear from us, we probably don't have your email address. Send it to me at <email@example.com>.
Of course, you don't have to be on the email list; when you receive the first message, send a reply that you'd like to be removed from the list. And, for privacy, all messages to volunteers and cashiers are sent via bcc (blind carbon copy).
Your annual patronage letter arrived much later than anticipated. We apologize for that delay; we ran into a software glitch that took awhile to resolve.
Your winter and spring 10% discount coupons are included in the patronage letter. Because the letter arrived so late, you'll notice that the coupons are both dated for spring. Let me know if you have any questions about the coupons. Note: discounts are not stackable, so the coupons only work if you are not a volunteering or senior member.
